Managing Partner at Silver Rock Technology Services has been appointed to the Kirusa Advisory Board. 

Silver Rock is an Advisory and execution support firm with interest in Telecom, Media and Digital industries.

Prior to co-founding Silver Rock, Femi was the Chief Operations Officer of Millicom Ghana (operators of Tigo Mobile Network) where he also functioned as the acting Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technical Officer (CTO).

Before this, Obafemi was the Chief Technical Officer for Millicom Tanzania and has held leadership roles in Airtel, Celtel & V-Mobile in Nigeria.

He has also worked in Ericsson during his early career in several capacities.

Mr. Banigbe holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Federal University of Technology Minna, Nigeria.

He has done an Advance Management Programme at the London Business School and also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Manchester Business School, United Kingdom.
