Femi Banigbe is a technology business leader with over 19 years industry experience. He is currently Managing Partner at Silver Rock Technology Services.

Prior to co-founding Silver Rock Technology Services, he was the immediate past Chief Operations Officer of Millicom Ghana Limited, the Operator of the TIGO Network in Ghana, where he was responsible for driving the overall operations strategy of the business in Ghana. He had also functioned as the Acting CEO for Millicom Ghana as well as the Chief Technical Officer for Millicom Ghana.

Prior to joining Millicom Ghana, he was the Chief Technical Officer for Millicom International Cellular Tanzania where he help drive the technology strategy of the business in the East African country. Earlier in his career, Femi had worked with Airtel Nigeria as the Director of Operations. He also worked with Ericsson, the world’s leading Telecommunication equipment and service provider for a couple years in several capacities; the last being the Network Support Group Manager for Access and Transport Networks.

He has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Federal University of Technology Minna, Nigeria. He is product of Ericsson Management Development Program as well as a product of the Advance Management Program of London Business School. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Manchester Business School, United Kingdom.

With almost fifteen years experience in Telecoms and related industry, Raphael is considered as an expert in Technical and Business Strategy. He holds a BSc in Telecommunications & Electronics Engineering from the Universidad Tecnologica de La Havana, Jose Antonio Echevaria, in La Havana, Cuba.

Raphael spent most of his working life with Ericsson, one of the biggest Multi- National companies globally. During his time at Ericsson, he enjoyed roles as Head of Solutions and Technical Strategy for MTN West Africa Account and Millicom Sub-Sahara Africa Accounts.

He has lived and worked in many countries including Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, Surinam, El Salvador, Honduras, Panama, Ghana, Tanzania, and Senegal.

Raphael is an expert in connecting dots, he is adopted in working in all areas of the telecom industry. Over the years, he has built competence in all Mobile Technologies including 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Generations Cellular Networks. He is also well adopted in working with Business and Operation subsystems. He is truly an end-to-end expert in Mobile Technologies.

Abolaji Idowu is a dynamic business development, finance & risk executive with
proven record of successfully leading business transformation and acquisitions
for various organisations across Europe and Africa. He has over 18 years of
professional experience, leading and delivering successful strategic change
and transformation initiatives across various sectors, which include Telecoms,
Banking, Insurance and Oil and Gas, Healthcare and Education. His experience includes starting up business units, re-structuring and turning around under-
performing units.

He has helped broker deals, manage stakeholders and successfully delivered results across a spectrum of multi-million dollar projects. Abolaji is a Director with Ristra Consulting UK, providing business & strategy consulting to global giants such as Telefonica O2, Vodafone, Barclays, British Gas, HCA, Fortis Bank, Bupa Global, Co- Operative Banking Group and The Warranty Group. He has extensive exposure to mobile technology from various senior management roles within telecommunications companies such as MTN, Vodafone and Telefonica O2 and
Starcomms Nigeria.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management & Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, an MBA from Manchester Business School and he is a certified business coach and certified chartered accountant (ACCA). He is a guest on many radio and TV programs and speaks on many stages in Europe & Africa.
